Our products are meticulously hand crafted and produced in demand. Kindly allow 1 - 5 working days for your order to be ready for shipment.
We engage third party courier companies to deliver the orders. Our coordinator will email you once your order is shipped along with the tracking number. You may track the shipping details through our website.
After shipment, an estimate for when you can receive your order, for:
- West Malaysia: 1 - 3 working days
- East Malaysia: 3 - 5 working days
For self collection, we will notify you once the order is ready to be collected. Kindly make an appointment with our coordinator for your pick-up date and time through the email. Our office is open daily (except weekends), from 10am to 7pm.
